Broken hearted Delaila, blood on the floor, big starry eyes. Radio on dyslexic repeat, it should have been 808s but the light bulb doesn’t go off because heart breaks are felt most dawn. Delaila picks herself up, patches her broken heart bandage by bandage, blood dripping off the seams, as she slowly closes her face to the world.
